剧情梗概：
警方接到报警电话，地产商张志国的女儿张静楠（火麒麟饰）被人绑架。当警方赶到张志国家，张志国却说是个误会，说他女儿和他吵完架赌气离家出走，他找不到女儿才报了警，后来又接到他女儿的电话，说她和同学一起去旅游了。当警察要求提供张静楠的电话核实情况时，张志国却说现在联系不上女儿。张志国这样的回答让警方产生了怀疑，警方派出重案组资深警长罗志晨（王威饰）围绕张志国和他女儿进行隐秘调查。与此同时在城市的另一处废弃的化工厂里，警察正在忙碌的勘查现场，在这里刚刚发生了一件匪夷所思的案件，一条狗被人用枪打死了，为什么要用枪去杀一条狗呢？这件看似一般的涉枪案件却引起了警长罗志晨的怀疑，两件案件有什么关系？在案件深入调查当中，一个罪恶的房地产开发强拆内幕被揭开。影片签约美国和香港著名演员加入拍摄，通过惊悚、悬疑、曲折的故事情节，并混入人物内心深层矛盾的情感元素结合剧情跌宕起伏，将影片的看点无限提升。从匪夷所思的案情调查，到惊险绝命的跟踪追击；从激情对白，到火爆枪战；又从震撼的爆炸场面，到急速动力伞的空中追逐。使本片真正成为了一部经典的国产动作电影！
