香港“鬼才”导演彭浩翔进军内地，首部作品即是监制“4+1”(“4”代表4部定名为《四夜奇谭》的短片，“1”代表1部将在院线上映的大电影），继周迅主演的《指甲刀人魔》、余文乐主演的《结婚大作战》和黄立行主演的《假戏真作》之后，第4部由陈正道执导的《爱在微博蔓延时》也于浮出水面。在拍片现场，张静初和朱雨辰两位主演均现身与媒体对话，张静初也成为了搭上彭浩翔监制影片“末班车”的内地女星。《爱在微博蔓延时》首次对外开放探班，当时拍摄的是张静初和朱雨辰被关在一家小超市储藏室里的镜头。张静初一头瀑布长发，露肩的黑白条纹长T恤显得随意而性感。而朱雨辰则戴着一副方框的黑色眼镜，左手戴着用彩色绳子编成的手链，不仅很潮还很萌。　　短片中两人饰演的一对男女面对面的交流越来越少，很多事情都会通过微博来交流，甚至连吵架都通过微博完成。张静初则表示，现实生活中的自己坚决不会这样，一方面，面对面的机会少了，就会忽略了身边的很多细微的东西；另一方面，吵架的事情更不会写进微博，因为“家丑不可外扬”。而朱雨辰则表示，在戏外也经常和张静初交流微博心得，他虽然很喜欢玩微博，但也不会将特别私人的事情放到微博里。　　现场出糗主动要求吃过期薯片　　采访中，二人均曝料称，拍这部短片很辛苦，大多以夜戏为主，在拍戏的100多个小时里，朱雨辰只睡了十几个小时。在两人拍那场被关在储物室的戏时，张静初主动提议导演加了一场他们俩吃薯片的戏，导演表示同意后，二人开心地吃起了薯片。但最后，却意外发现，这桶薯片已经过期了——说到这儿，张静初哈哈大笑：“也算是我们这个短片的一个有趣的故事吧”。　　新片致敬马尔克斯　　南美洲作家加西亚·马尔克斯，1982年获得过诺贝尔文学奖，其作品《百年孤独》被中国读者奉为经典，他的魔幻现实主义风格很让人着迷。　　马尔克斯的《霍乱时期的爱情》也被译作《爱在瘟疫蔓延时》，而彭浩翔监制、陈正道执导的这部《爱在微博蔓延时》，不论是在名字还是在故事上都是在对马尔克斯致敬——陷入爱情纠纷里的一对情侣，借助时光机器不断回到自己恋爱的诸多拐点，看到彼此的问题所在，但是，他们却无力改变那些曾经。　　陈正道称，“这对情侣建立恋爱关系才一周年，他们交往之初，微博恰好刚刚出现，他们就用微博记录下交往过程中的点滴。”对于，他们回到过去，是否能够改变过去的问题，陈正道表示，暂时仍在保密阶段，但他表示：“故事充满了马尔克斯的那种魔幻现实主义风格，而在色彩上则更倾向于唯美主义。”
