剧情梗概：
本片描述因不同罪行被判入狱的四个女人在狱中组成乐队，是她们用音乐摆脱监狱的桎梏，在一次前往警方舞会中表演的途中，她们企图逃脱，并且摇滚传达她们心灵深处最深的呐喊，在警员的严密缉捕下，班迪斯乐团一次又一次地逃过警方的围捕一路逃亡、演唱，很快就声名大噪，然而支持者的拥护，却不能换来自由，就在穷途末路之际，各自逃亡的她们又再度聚合，只为一次完美的演唱，在整个逃亡过程中，友谊的彰显，人性的考验，历历在目……　　本片描述四个女囚犯在狱中组成摇滚乐队，并受邀在警方的晚会上演出，不料四人突然发难并逃脱。警方在追捕过程中，每次都被她们甩脱。经传媒渲染后，唱片公司竞邀她们签约，乐曲播出后也广受欢迎。最后，除了爱玛在逃亡中自然死亡外，其他三人皆难逃被警方击毙的命运。
