剧情梗概：
在20世纪70年代的黑木精神病医院里，医生开始拍摄他自己的工作，拍摄他自己如何虐待病患。他让病人点燃自己，切断手臂，刺伤他们自己……，只要你能想到的任何最残忍的事情都会发生在这里，并且所有的过程都记录下来，最终这个医生被警察抓获，但是他所拍摄的录影带却消失了，没有任何人发现。现在，有一个摄制组打算把这段恐怖的历史拍成电影，所以他们回到这家精神病医院实地拍摄。突然有一天，他们发现了医生的秘密放映室，发现了所有的录影带。导演发现了真正的乐趣，他看过这些片子后，他认为他的电影也要想录影带中一样，真实而又可怕。从此导演像着魔一样不满足所有演职人员的工作，认为片子不够真实，而演职人员真正的噩梦开始了……
