故事梗概：1936年4月，抗联秘密联络站遭日军破坏，地下交通员老王和其他同志不幸被捕。抗联秘密指挥部立即展开营救行动，有着苏联远东军区情报局训练经历的老共产党员李朝阳受命出发，在日军押送交通员的必经之路设伏，却不料中了日军的反伏击，抗联战士死伤惨重，李朝阳同志中弹被俘，倒是给了五名中国劳工一条逃命的生机。死里逃生的五名中国劳工惊魂未定，国文教员出身的方书田觉得如此逃生有负抗联战士的救命之恩，遂说服刚刚从死神手中侥幸逃生的“老索”、“二老蛮”、“老贼”和金花，连夜潜回城里，营救被俘抗联干部。方先生的分析一点没错。在城里的日军医院，身负重伤的李朝阳昏迷不醒。方先生大义灭亲，当夜处置了卖国求荣的堂弟，于第二天一大早以堂弟维持会秘书长的身份，带着“老索”、“二老蛮”、“老贼”和金花乔装打扮入院求诊。喜剧性的“表演”中，方先生领着四个人轻松干掉看守的日军宪兵，将李朝阳救出日军医院。宪兵队长小野来到医院，发现大事不好，当即实施全城戒严。日军宪兵实施全城戒严，方先生只好临时决定将李朝阳转移到自己的学生林雨楠家中。成功骗过日军宪兵的搜查，李朝阳和名振关东的方先生、“老索”、“二老蛮”、“老贼”金花形同挚友，欢迎他们加入抗联。从城里出来，伤愈的李朝阳带领刚刚加入抗联的五名同志对关押交通员老王的秘密集中营实施侦察。全方位侦察结束后，李朝阳带领五名同志夜袭集中营。第一次营救行动失败，李朝阳多了一个心眼，以自己“飞额扑火”式的营救行动，麻痹宪兵队长小野，从而让小野中计，暴露秘密转移交通员老王的计划。交通员老王同志在半路被“老索”成功营救，李朝阳却不幸身陷敌手。生死关头，早已秘密隐藏在日军内部的地下党联络员“铁军”林静如崭露芳容，从小野手中救出李朝阳、方先生、“二老蛮”、“老贼”和金花。激战中，林静如为掩护李朝阳脱身重弹牺牲，李朝阳和同志们杀出一条血路，成功捣毁日军秘密集中营，和“老索”、交通员老王汇合后，顺利完成任务，返回抗联指挥部。精彩视点：十部系列数字电影《抗日冲锋队》于2007年在“冰城”哈尔宾摄制完成。影片以其浓厚的东北风情，讲述了1937年抗日联军沉痛打击日本侵略军的10个故事片段。本片《殊死营救》的故事情节一波三折，险象环生却又妙趣横生，尤其是医院营救的一场戏，充满喜剧效果，充分展示和利用了东北风味的搞笑手段，博得观众的捧腹。导演吕行从话剧舞台转型做导演，缘于他在《命运呼叫转移》和《东方大港》中精彩表现，受到第15届北京大学生电影节上的青睐；影片中，“李朝阳”的扮演者刘鉴刚刚走出《江塘集中营》，又在本片中深入日军集中营，演技令人赞叹。
