剧情梗概：
人体自燃现场发生在世界各地，但至今并未有一个合理的科学解释。本片根据真实历史事件加工虚构而成。　　莫娜的妈妈在市场开了一家米店，某天夜里她感到肚疼难忍。而后警方接到报警说市场米店起火，赶到现场时，死者的躯干已被焚烧殆尽，只剩四肢，惨不忍睹。警探顿在调查本案中发现，现场只有床铺中央有火烧痕迹，而且尸检时发现死者有严重的骨质钙化现象，像是火焰由人体内部爆发而出。但是警方无视诸多疑点以意外起火草草结案。　　莫娜无法接受警方的侦查结果，于是拜托警探顿帮助她继续调查，随着调查的进行，第二起人体自燃事件也在曼谷发生。而莫娜更是亲眼目睹了在印度古鲁教仪式上，妖火自人体腹部喷发而出……　　泰国电视7台的记者也加入了调查的队伍，他们慢慢发现这些死者都有一个共同的特点，然而此时，莫娜的腹部开始隐隐作痛，她感觉到有一股不知名的热量开始在腹中孕育，她会是下一个自燃人吗？他们能否找到人体自燃的真相？
