剧情梗概：
《星空》是台湾导演林书宇继《九降风》后的又一力作。电影改编自几米的绘本《星空》，讲述了两个少年逃离令人失落与无奈的现实，追寻自己期待的快乐美好的故事。成长的过程有着欢笑与泪水，长大后，他们依旧珍存着彼此所给予的温暖。谢欣美（徐娇饰）12岁的时候，从山上的爷爷家被送回到了城市中父母的身旁。新的学校、陌生的环境，连那个被称之为家的地方，都像是神奇屋似地，让爸爸、妈妈、小美三个人之间产生着偌大的空间感。小美的生活中，不再出现爸爸、妈妈陪着自己拼拼图的画面，而更多的是孤独一个人，没有人关心、挂念。小美只能逃入幻想世界中的寂静，陪伴着她的，是怀里的巨猫、街头行走的大象、出现在暗巷里的喷火龙，以及噗啪地跳跃着的金鱼眼。她怀念着和爷爷在山上生活的纯朴自然，以及深夜里的湖面上，那一片闪熠的星空。直到这一天，小美遇见了她的新同学小杰（林晖闵饰），她被小杰深深吸引，他们共享另一个只属于他们的世界，生活中的难题并没有因此而减少，但起码他们有相互为伴。小美的父母终于向她说出了长久以来大家小心守护着不说出口的那句话，「我们要离婚了」。她鼓起勇气选择了出走，她多么想再看一眼那个曾经属于爷爷与她共同生活的小木屋、多么的想再看一眼那纯然寂静的星空。那仿佛是一趟没有结束的旅程。小美会不经意间问道小杰：“你上次看星星，是什么时候？”周宇杰（林晖闵饰）是一名转学生，他的大部分时间都是跟着妈妈到处搬家。小杰沉默寡言，不愿意多说一句话。对于他来说，生活本来是苦涩而漂泊的，但当他发现他的同学小美也对生活充满无奈时，自己竟愿意伸出双手，帮助小美度过伤心的日子。小杰知道怎样使小美开心，更会为了小美而对同学挥拳相向。小杰陪伴小美度过了许多悲伤的日子，也陪她踏上了看星空的路途。无奈之下，小杰还是消失了，继续漂泊的日子，可他从未忘记小美，还有那篇最灿烂、最寂寞的星空。小美妈妈（刘若英饰）是一位艺术家，一直为自己去法国工作的梦想而努力。然而越来越多工作上的烦心事，扰乱着她的生活。她爱她的女儿，可是工作与生活的压力，使得她不知道如何去爱小美、不知道如何从心底里去与自己的女儿沟通。渐渐的，就算再努力，她也没办法再快乐地生活。最终，她选择离开家，离开丈夫和女儿，远嫁到法国。小美爸爸（庾澄庆饰）总想努力营造一些温馨的家庭氛围，但是却不知道如何从心底去爱自己的女儿和妻子。在妻子做梦想与家庭的选择过程中，他不知所措，除了争吵，他不知道自己如何是好。父亲的去世、与妻子离婚，他的身边只留下了女儿小美。小美爷爷（曾江饰）是一位艺术家，他隐居在深山的小木屋中。他非常疼爱自己的孙女小美，他知道小美的爸爸妈妈不是称职的父亲母亲，可是他唯一能做的就是把自己的作品送给孙女，让她暂时忘掉生活的不快乐。你上次看星星，是什么时候？人之间的爱，会消失吗？你觉得生命的忧伤会有美好的结局吗？《星空》会让你聆听内心的答案。
