剧情梗概：
改编自真锅昌平的人气漫画2010年播放电视剧版，12年改编为电影版，今为电影版第二部。放高利贷者cowcow金融公司社长丑岛馨人称丑岛社长，以“十天五成”“一天三成”的暴利放钱，回收时毫不留情。在他周围有放高利贷的对手，小混混，暴走族，恶棍，牛郎，卖淫女，跟踪狂等这样一群人。影片描绘了这些人在金钱和欲望诱惑之下极其猛烈的生存方式。某一天，小混混胜因与暴走族头目爱泽发生争执被爱泽带到丑岛的办公室。爱泽要求丑岛借钱给胜，当做抚慰金付给他，胜恳求丑岛让自己留在cowcow财务公司工作。然而要求落空的爱泽没过多久再次因金钱的事找上门……
