剧情梗概：
秦风，一个屌丝，大学毕业后来到北京打拼，为了房租与房东讨价还价，被房东赶了出来，他无处可去，戒酒浇愁。当他拉着行李走过胡同时，遇到了昊天禅寺的方丈明正，在与白狼等恶势力打斗，秦风被卷入战局，虽然最后恶势力被击败，但明正受了伤。明正为了昊天禅寺传承，把秦风打晕。当秦风醒来时，阴差阳错当了昊天禅寺方丈，菩提寺的镇寺之宝舍利子钻进了他的额头，成了他的第三只眼睛。菩提寺人丁缺乏，只有两个个小和尚和一个大和尚。本想逃走的秦风，但因荒郊野外无法离开。明虚和尚为了解决寺庙粮食的问题，明虚离开寺庙去城里化缘。彼时，寺庙只有秦风和两个小和尚，女间谍梦瑶与华晓彤借机来到寺庙，一探究竟，待明虚归来，梦华发现明虚武功高强。华晓彤与梦瑶离开寺庙寻找白狼帮忙，白狼为了得到舍利子，急功近利的他直接带领手下来到昊天禅寺，谁知不是明虚对手，被打伤留在寺院。六子逃跑报告了白狼的情况，黑狼一怒之下，决定血洗昊天禅寺，争夺舍利，一场战争即将开始……
