剧情梗概：
易办事（楼南光饰）与新婚妻子（吴君如饰）自泰国蜜月返回，适逢阿信警司（胡枫饰）为侦破一起伪钞案，令易妻与两名女警（柏安妮&关秀媚饰）连同外甥女小敏（张敏饰）组成卧底队伍，与香港嫌犯大傻（成奎安饰）在枫林大厦接洽。当夜枫林大厦颇为热闹，一位僧人做法收鬼，将肆虐大厦的群鬼一一收复封印，却不料一只女鬼半路逃逸。而误会妻子与阿信偷情的易办事亦气势汹汹的赶到枫林捉奸。女鬼在大厦内四处游弋，寻找机会释放群鬼，令易办事等人魂飞魄散，连累前来谈判的大傻一同被猛鬼缠身。高僧返回枫林收拾残局，于是一场人鬼之间的无厘头对决在深夜中的大厦上演剧情版本二：警司阿信拘捕了来自日本的出售伪钞电版的女匪后，带领四名女警冒充女匪徒和购买伪钞电版的匪首接头，接头的大厦中正有法师施法捉拿一批鬼怪，一时不慎走漏一女鬼。她被阿信斩至首躯分离，她为了解救同类、复原躯体，利用匪首制服法师和阿信等，其后法师和阿信等合力打退，招来四面大批鬼魂替她复仇。几经较量，众人始终处于下风，后凭女警腹中胎儿，由法师招来灵童，在灵童及四大天王的合力下，终于把所有冤魂收服。男警探曾怀疑新婚的妻子和警司有奸情，在破案过程中也冰释前嫌。君如被上司安排与同事到舞厅当舞小姐及入住猛鬼大厦为追查一宗国际伪钞案。另一边厢，法师把众鬼收入猛鬼大厦地窖，却走漏一只女鬼。君如这边厢，在大厦内与伪钞案疑犯成展开追捕，其间女鬼发难追杀众人，君如众人处于下风，千均一发之际，君如凭腹中块肉，灵童托世出现，把众鬼打退，众人幸免于难。
