剧情梗概：
贾文秋晴夫妇俩在回家途中撞倒一个黑衣老太，由于担心肇事罪而将老人带回家中诊治。岂料自老人来家之后，贾府便怪事不断引发无数离奇血案。先是丫头春巧从高处坠下离奇死亡，接着府上的田医生在回家途中被榔头敲击60余下当场毙命。秋晴起初怀疑是丫头和丈夫贾文有染而酿此横祸，而正在怀疑之时，丫头银玉又被人勒接近窒息，甚至贾文也被匕首刺中无数刀几乎死亡。重重调查下最后发现原来秋晴年少时曾因无知曾将一无辜男子送上刑场。老太太是此男子的姐姐。为弟复仇，13年前已经纵火烧杀秋晴全家，只是漏了秋晴。13年来卧薪尝胆处心积虑只为靠近秋晴。而她始终未能落网的关键原因是，她和她的弟弟都患有一种先听性的生长基因微缩病，患这些病的人少人老相，就是说她即使看起来有六七十岁，实际上只是一个35岁的中年人……
