剧情梗概：
黑豹（邓光荣饰）是业内闻名遐迩的大盗，凡是他想要得到的东西，没有弄不到手的。某日，政府官员黄先生（黄锦燊饰）找到黑豹，委托他盗取一只银盒，为的是测试新装的保安系统的强度，黑豹欣然应允，并找来了嘉嘉（吴家丽饰）、孟波辉（梁家辉饰）、程仁（任达华饰）和师妹青青（林青霞饰）等人协助。然而，当黑豹只身行动之时，却遭到了偷袭，对手是他曾经的师兄血狼（元华饰），所幸青青出手相救，黑豹才得以脱身。原来，血狼正是杀死黑豹师傅的罪魁祸首，只为了得到镇门之宝豹头刀，而黑豹想要盗取的银盒内，存放的即是血狼杀人的证据。黑豹（邓光荣）是一名用高额金钱便可请得到而从未失手的职业侠盗。某夜，黑豹受政府内政部要员秋Sir（黄锦燊）重金邀请，偷取一个银盒，以试新装之保安系统。黑豹于是找来一班各有非凡技能的人来帮手，分别是嘉嘉（吴家丽）、孟波辉（梁家辉）、程仁（任达华）、Robert（张卫健）及黑豹的师妹青青（林青霞）。行动中，他们发觉要开启保安系统需得肥佬王之重量与May之指模配合，因而各人均以美男及美女计套取资料，其中引出连串笑话。行动前一晚，黑豹决意独自行动，却遭伏击，更被当年的同门师兄血狼困在囚室。血狼欲向黑豹用刑时，被黑豹的助手真真（陈明真）救去，但原来这是一个圈套，最后青青还把真真打走。青青道出整件事的因由是十年前师父被杀的一天而起，血狼希望得镇门之宝豹头刀，而杀师父并装成假死。而回来请罪的真真更指出银盒内的乃是一张感光纸，原来是血狼杀师父的情形的即影即有相片。黑豹因此决与血狼决一死战，更以苦练而成的盲侠听声剑击败血狼。
