剧情梗概：
苏苏在姥姥病重之际偶然发现了姥姥昔日的笔记本。为解其中的疑惑，她独自一人前往越南……　　边境小镇，苏苏与越南青年阿民不期而遇。于是一番算计、一番冲突、一番误会像团团迷雾扑塑而来。经过一番艰难曲折的磨难，善良、理解、宽容、沟通了苏苏与阿仲等人的心灵。在众多越南同胞的帮助下，苏苏终于得知了姥姥年轻时在河内开中药馆“无香堂”时与越南青年阿山的一段撕肝裂肺的爱情故事……更为震撼的是在这动人的爱情故事背后勾连出一位越南老人为了对友人与中国人的承诺苦苦守候了“无香堂”几十年的惊人之举。老人的行为深深地感动了中越两国人民。花絮：本片由中国云南民族电影制片厂和越南作家协会电影制片公司联合拍摄，讲述了中国姑娘苏苏只身前往越南的故事，凸现了中国两国的传统友谊和文化交流。故事的主题是诚信与帮助。该片总预算40万美元，中越两国投资各占50％。本片经过一年多的筹备，剧本由中国剧作家高旭帆和越南作家黎玉明共同创作。参与该片的越南作曲家邓友福，曾以电影《变迁的时代》中的创作，在2005年上海国际电影节获最佳音乐奖。联合摄制组的各项工作均由中越两国人员合作担纲。影片的拍摄地主要集中在越南首都河内周边、老街、沙巴和中国的河口、昆明。本片的成功拍摄，将对促进中越文化交流与合作起着重要作用。
