剧情梗概：
南方是寻梦者的天堂，王力远从北方乡村来此地，只求能赚够钱回乡建一所学校，让家乡贫穷小孩能够上学，王力因不识字及谋生技能，只凭自己强悍体力谋生，勤力地做搬运工作，亦与同事种下误会而失去工作，后得饭堂主管静恩所照顾，终可于饭堂厨房工作。静恩欣赏王力那颗赤子之心，那份纯真，更暗暗地爱上王力。王力终因不认字而犯下大错遭饭堂迫走，一时生活顿成问题，没奈下跟随静恩表兄往打地下拳赛，王力竞任着一副强悍身体于拳场上打出名堂--[不败力王]。王力渐渐地名成利就，后认识了女武术员洪英，洪英不耻王力所为，更严厉批评王力练武不练功，只任天生牛力于擂台上搏斗，终会有日招致恶果，但纯真的王力却不以为耻，只计算着还要打多少场才可回乡建学校。不败神话的王力，渐被胜利冲昏头脑，终试大败的滋味，于医院内昏迷不醒，拳场老板觉王力已失去利用价值竞把他弃之不理，静恩为救治王力而四出求医药费，王力醒来后认识洪英丈夫石铁雄，但铁雄的怪异性格令王力处处回避铁雄，王力康复后答应静恩绝迹拳坛，静恩自以为可与王力过着二人世界，但王力却不知静恩的心意。一天王力巧遇静恩与一男子，王力内心燃起莫名怒火，才发觉自己已不知不觉爱上静恩，并鼓起勇气向静恩示爱，亦要静恩断绝与该男子来往，静恩虽喜欢王力但却拒绝王力的要求，两人因此而冷战，王力因自卑心作崇，决定参加亚洲搏击大赛，希望能赢取奖金及赢取静恩的心，正当王力为如何提异自己的功力而烦恼，铁雄竞再次出现教王力，原来当年铁雄是搏击大赛拳王，但因捱了多年赛事所种下之后遗症而令他不能上擂台，只可怀缅当日光彩，故铁雄倾力传授于王力，并希望王力身上寻回当日自己的光辉的影子。王力终踏上决赛对垒，并与当年打败铁雄的拳手战神争夺冠军，王力旨意铁雄指点，但铁雄身体不支倒下王力如何面对战神，谁会再成为这个拳坛神话，静恩将如何决择，王力能否如愿回乡建学校……
