剧情梗概：
《江户川柯南失踪事件~史上最惨的两天~（日语：江戸川コナン失踪事件~史上最悪の二日间~）》是读卖电视台、日本电视台为纪念《名侦探柯南》漫画连载20周年而制作的2小时电视动画特别篇。电影《盗钥匙的方法》导演&编剧内田贤治担任本片编剧。故事讲述江户川柯南在洗澡时遭遇传闻中的杀手组织，却在滑倒后失忆，并被神秘人物带走的故事。阿笠博士家的洗浴设备坏掉了，因此柯南、小兰和小哀一起去了浴池。柯南却在浴池里不慎滑倒并晕了过去。有两名奇怪的男子自称愿意带柯南去医院，带柯南上了他们的车。其中一名面相凶恶、纹有纹身的男子名叫龙，另一名男子虽然没有自报姓名，其身份却是传说中的杀手近藤！其实这两人来到温泉是为了完成一项隐秘的任务。他们认为柯南在怀疑他们并且已经察觉到了什么，于是决定把柯南带走并除掉。然而柯南睁开双眼时，却因为头部受到碰撞而失去了记忆另一方面，毛利侦探事务所来了一位想要进行外遇调查的委托人，名字叫香苗。对美女没有抵抗力的小五郎和香苗一起，去了香苗丈夫曾经工作过的便利屋。但是在她丈夫的照片中，出现的竟然是近藤失去了记忆的柯南，在社会上引起骚乱的炸弹恐吓，甚至连没有工作的穷演员樱井都再次卷入其中！到最后也不能疏忽大意的事件，究竟会有怎样的结局？！
