剧情梗概：
《假如爱有天意/不可不信缘/缘起不灭》是由著名导演郭在容导演的于2009年韩国地区上映的一部爱情类型的爱情片,由孙艺珍曹承佑赵寅成李己雨金秉玉徐英姬主演,该片主要讲述了2003年的大学生梓希（孙艺珍饰）一天收拾房间，无意中发现一个神秘的箱子，里面满载着母亲珠喜（孙艺珍饰）留下的情书，在阅读中她重温着母亲的初恋回忆。1968年的珠喜，是一个清纯可爱的少女，与穷学生俊河（曹承佑饰）一见钟情，由于珠喜显赫的家世，令两人的恋爱陷入俗套的门不当户不对的痛苦纠结中。2003年的梓希爱情同样坎坷，她暗恋着戏剧学会的尚民（赵寅成饰），却一直难以表白自己的爱意。而巧妙的是，梓希发觉母亲的初恋故事跟她自己遭遇十分相似。自己能得到幸福吗？还是如母亲一般曲折难求？两个女学生秀景和梓希同时倾慕班中的男同学尚民。秀景因为怕自己辞不达意，于是找了好友梓希代笔，写一封电邮给尚民。往后梓希不断以秀景的身份写电邮，却渐渐发现自己也爱上了尚民。就在此时，梓希偶然地发现了妈妈的保险箱，内里有着一堆情书。而最特别的是，妈妈的爱情故事却跟自己的很类似梓希跟秀景是同校的大学生，她们双双暗恋戏剧学会的尚民。一向较为主动外向的秀景要求梓希代写情书给尚民。梓希便将自己对尚民的情感毫无保留地抒发出来，却被迫要写上秀景的名字。尚民看过那些情书后深受感动，渐渐亦被秀景吸引住。梓希每每遇上他都感到混身不自在甚至内疚，但越是设法逃避他，缘份越是将他们拉得更近。梓希一天收拾房间，无意中发现一个神秘的箱子，里面满载着她母亲初恋的回忆
