剧情梗概：
我姥姥（刘薇饰）上学的年代正是闹鬼子的时候，学校里经常有鬼子来抓爱国学生，而被抓走的学生又大多没有回来过。一天，姥姥被鬼子盯上，慌乱之中钻进大木箱被日本鬼子抬上了列车。出站驶入山区时列车遭到游击队员袭击，队长将大木箱子交给一个赶着驴车回村的农夫（郭达饰），不想就遇到一队鬼子兵。巧妙地骗过搜查，农夫却被强令带路进入石桥村。进入石桥村，村里老小都加入到解救的队伍中来。不仅如此，村里埋设的地雷、老奶奶喂养的大公鸡、农夫拉车的驴也都让鬼子出尽了洋相、吃尽了苦头，尤其是个“罗圈腿”（潘长江饰）。经过一天的巧妙周旋，姥姥和农夫配合打回村里的游击队员全歼了鬼子的小分队…剧情版本二：提起这个故事，还得从我姥姥（刘小微）说起。我姥姥上学的那个年代正是闹鬼子的时候，学校里经常有鬼子来抓爱国学生，而被抓走的学生又大多没有回来过。一天，姥姥为了将爱国学生搜集的一份日本鬼子拿中国人进行细菌实验的证据送出去，而被鬼子盯上。姥姥的同学把姥姥推上墙头后，自己却牺牲在鬼子的子弹下。慌乱之中，姥姥跑进一个站台，钻进一个木箱子，被日本鬼子抬上了列车。列车出站驶入山区时，列车上负责押送任务的鬼子遭到隐藏在列车车厢煤堆底下的游击队员的袭击。一场激烈的近距离枪战后，鬼子不仅损失一架飞机，押送的大木箱子还被游击队员成功截走。为了将大木箱子在鬼子出动之前送达太行山深处的游击队根据地，游击队长将大木箱子交给一个赶着驴车回村的中年农夫（郭达），不想农夫赶着驴车还没到村口就遇到从城里追出来的一队鬼子兵。在途中，让农夫吓得目瞪口呆的是，驴车上的大木箱子里坐着一个漂亮的女学生，旁边还躺放着一尊金光灿灿的佛头像。原来，抗战已经进入尾声，如秋后蚂蚱一般的日本鬼子想乘机捞一笔，把这尊佛像运回日本。而这个女学生就是我那危急乱藏身的姥姥。农夫的机智虽然巧妙地骗过汉奸翻译和路边小队长对驴车的搜查，却被强令带路，进入石桥村。进入石桥村，村里上到没齿古稀的老奶奶，下到稚气未脱的儿童团员都用自己的方式，加入到保护国家文物、解救我姥姥的队伍中来。不仅如此，村里埋设的地雷、老奶奶喂养的大公鸡、农夫拉车的驴也都让鬼子出尽了洋相、吃尽了苦头。经过一天的巧妙周旋，我姥姥和农夫配合打回村里的游击队员全歼了鬼子的小分队，成功地保护了国家文物。我姥姥和农夫在游击队员的护送下，拉着佛像国宝朝游击队根据地走去的第二天早晨，唯一侥幸逃出村子、经过几次折腾已经神经失常的鬼子兵“罗圈腿”（潘长江）在爬上山顶的那一刻，听到“举起手来”的一声大吼，向着冉冉升起的一轮红日，乖乖地举起了双手，在鬼子兵“罗圈腿”的身后是巍巍的太行和逶迤雄壮的万里长城。
