《跳跃大搜查线3：全面动员》是由著名导演内详导演的于2010年日本地区上映的一部类型的动作片,由织田裕二深津绘里中山裕介伊藤淳史主演,该片主要讲述了距离湾岸署辖区发生猎奇连环杀人案已经过去了七年，台场一代的面貌发生了巨大的变化。不仅外国政要来日所用的机场就在附近，而且这里还有高速道路、变电所等基本城市设施，台场成了易受恐怖分子攻击的目标。为了便于防范，湾岸署计划搬入安装了高级安保系统的新楼。搬迁事务的总负责人正是已经晋升为刑事课强行犯系系长的青岛警官。距离新湾岸署正式开署还剩下三天，青岛带领部下夏美、和久等人为了搬迁之事忙里忙外。正忙得不亦乐乎的时候，辖区内接连发生数起大案。先是保险柜被洗劫、公共巴士被挟持，接着愈演愈烈，有人从警署盗走了青岛、小堇等人的配枪，然后又发生了连续杀人事件。警视厅派人在湾安署设立了特别搜查本部，青岛和上头派来的管理辅佐官鸟饲一起调查杀人案，却毫无头绪。越发糟糕的是，警署竟然被犯罪分子占领了！第二天就是新警署开署典礼，这个节骨眼上却冒出了这样破天荒的大乱子。青岛等辖区小警察能解救被困者、逮捕嫌疑人么？！
