剧情梗概：绿色柔情是一部剧情片，金野农场农艺师田野，广告女模特林翘翘从荷兰乘机回国，俩人在机场错拿了对方的箱子。由此造成双方工作上的损失，在一次次争吵中，俩人的感情产生了微妙的变化。林翘翘的顶头上司海燕广告公司经理托尼在热烈地追求着林翘翘，两个男人情场上各显神通，千方百计去赢得翘翘外婆的欢心。托尼的姐姐大成超市经理吴湘云，先是为“金野农场”供应劣质蔬菜与场长田野的父亲田生财发生冲突，进而为弟弟托尼在感情上的危机，上门指责他的儿子夺人所爱。这对单身中年人最后竟开出了迟到的爱情之花。                                                                    　　林翘翘矛盾、困惑，通过对田野的细心了解、“考验”后，终于在广袤的田野上，追逐着田野远去的汽车：大声喊出“我爱你”。
