剧情梗概：噩梦星球是一部科幻,惊悚,冒险片，美国国家科学研究所，一名重要的参议院和他的随从被邀请来此参观。他们参观的对象，是数名科学家潜心研究了多年的平行维度机器。该机器可以即时投影地球其他维度的兄弟星球，科学家们希望借此得到国家更多的资金支持。谁知实验过程中发生事故，平行维度机器发生爆炸，在场人员全部失去知觉。当他们相继醒来时，却发现一个凶恶丑陋的怪物在房间内穿梭。参议院大为光火，决定就此离开，难以置信的是实验室竟然跑到了一片原始丛林之中。显而易见，巨大的爆炸将他们带到了平行维度的世界。                                                                    　　由于机器损坏，他们暂时无法返回自己的世界，与此同时还要面对来自未知世界的各种威胁……In the Federal Science Institute, Dr. Jillian O'Hara and her assistant Brian Murphy will demonstrate their research to a commission led by the arrogant Senator Jackson Crenshaw and Dr. Karen Fast from the president office expecting to keep the budget of her laboratory. Colonel Sam Synn is responsible for the security with Lieutenant Rivers and Pvt. Jordan Reid. Dr. O'Hara explains that her machine is the fruit of a long research initiated by her father and can show parallel dimensions. During the demonstration, there is a problem in the device and the room is transported to another dimension with everybody that is observing the experiment. Nightmare planet is a science fiction, thriller, adventure film, the National Institute of Science, an important Senate and his followers invited to visit here. The object they visited was that several scientists devoted himself to the parallel dimension machine for many years. The machine can projected brothers planets in other dimensions of the earth in real time, and scientists hope to get more capital support from the country. Who knew that an accident occurred during the experiment, and the parallel dimensional machine exploded, and all the people present lost their consciousness. When they woke up one after another, they found a fierce and ugly monster shuttled in the room. The Senate was a light fire and decided to leave there. The incredible thing was that the laboratory ran into a primitive jungle. Obviously, the huge explosion brought them to the world of parallel dimension. Due to the damage of the machine, they cannot return to their own world for the time being. At the same time, they have to face various threats from the unknown world ...
