When two drifters travelling through the desert stumble across the biggest gold nugget ever found, the dream of immense wealth and greed takes hold. They hatch a plan to protect and excavate their bounty with one man leaving to secure the necessary equipment. The other man remains and must endure the harsh desert climate, preying wolves and intruders, whilst battling the creeping doubt that he has been abandoned to his own fate.




The Nuggets is a thriller, and Sam Walinson will star in the thriller [Nuggets] (Gold, temporarily translated). The film is directed by Anthony Haier and wrote a script with Polly Smith. The story tells the two men through the remote desert and accidentally discovered the largest gold block they thought so far. So they planned a plan for digging treasures, one entrusted to protect the equipment, and the other stayed in the back of the gold found. The film will be shot in September in South Australia.
