The old world group is a documentary, a black and white documentary directed by Czechoslovakia's 1972 image master Dulsan Hanak. It is the most important and influential work in his film career. One of the important works. After the shooting is completed, because of its too dark theme, the elderly who pay attention to the tragic fate in the countryside and lose labor cannot pass the Czech Film Agency for review. The Czech Minister of Culture Miroslav Valek came forward to save the film and renamed it \"Old World Group Portrait\" to shift the pressure of the censorship. The documentary is inspired by portrait photography of the elderly people shot by Martin Malunk. Seemingly strange characters often hide tragic fate.
